  • Family Psychotherapy

    Monthly family sessions lasting 120 minutes via Zoom. Utilizing mindfulness, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and structural approaches among others. Family is defined by you, and may include anyone relevant to the therapy.
